Sarah Palin for VP

Here at Conservative for Change we have been big advocates of the Bobby Jindal movement and that is not going to stop. While we would love to see Governor Jindal as Vice-President, we feel that he will be better suited in Louisiana and turning that state around before the national stage. Therefore, we are officially endorsing the movement to draft Governor Sarah Palin of Alaska for Vice-President of the United States.

With the dynamics of the current state in the campaign, it would seem extremely logical for John McCain to pick Governor Palin. She is the first female Governor of Alaska and the youngest. She is one of two true conservatives that we have lauded on this site, and now feel is better suited to be VP for John McCain. Sarah Palin is what the conservative base is looking for. In a article today on Real Clear Politics, Jack Kelly summed it up pretty nice,

"Ms. Palin touches other conservative bases, some of which Sen. McCain has been accused of rounding. Track, her eldest son, enlisted in the Army last Sept. 11. She's a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association who hunts, fishes and runs marathons. A regular churchgoer, she's staunchly pro-life."

"Kimberley Strassel of the Wall Street Journal said Sen. McCain should run against a corrupt, do-nothing Congress, a la Harry Truman. If he should choose to do so, Gov. Palin would make an excellent partner."

What she has done in Alaska is ground breaking. It just shows how conservative leadership is the best way to govern in our republic. One of the ways that John McCain can win over the disgruntled feminist base is to select a women, and who better than Sarah Palin. She is a mother who just gave birth to a down-syndrome baby and has a loving marriage, unlike Hillary.

Sarah Palin and Bobby Jindal are the future of the Republican Party and the country. It almost seems like that would have been the better ticket, but we need Sarah Palin as the Vice-President and Bobby Jindal as the Governor of Louisiana for right now. In these roles, we can create a culture of effective governing that is based solely on conservatism and liberty.

After watching both McCain's and Obama's speeches on TV Tuesday night, McCain no less than NEEDS to run Alaska Gov Sarah Palin as his VP mate.

Why do you say "we"? Are you one person, or do you think that you are so awesome that you should refer to yourself in the plural?

Sarah Palin would be an amazing balance to the ticket. So would Bobby Jindal!

Bottom line, with Palin as VP, McCain WINS.

Without Palin, McCain likely does not win.

Case closed.
