ACORN Fraud in Nevada: Over Half the Votes in Vegas Could Be Fraudulent

The 2008 election has passed, and some people are going to tell me to just drop it...Obama won, but I answer did he win fairly? There are new allegations coming out of Nevada, that might suggest that over half of the votes in Las Vegas could be fraudulent. This might have turned the state to Obama, and John McCain should have won the state.

The Secretary of State of Nevada, a Democrat, believes the votes might have been a fraud, and he is prosecuting. Here is a video of his interview on Fox News, along with a former ACORN worker who is critical of the organization:

This is a serious allegation, and not everyone in the media is following this story. The only ones really are Fox News, and bloggers like this website.

Even if this allegation is true, and it turned out John McCain would have won the state, it still wouldn't tip the election away from Obama, but the question is how widespread is this case? Could there be other states that were affected by ACORN, and could possibly have influenced the outcome of the election?

We will continue to follow this story as it unfolds, and report on the Secretary of States findings.

  1. Watched her articulate and precise comments on Fox this morning, plus heard both of Beck's shows on the subject. This fraud and corruption goes right to the top, which is why Congress refuses to investigate. They're worried about Rush? This is not bloviating, this is the real deal, and will lead to a page in the history books re: stealing elections that makes Bush/Gore pale in comparison.

  2. Why can't we do a revote and leave Acorn out?

  3. I can't believe this organization is helping with the Census. They are determined to count illegal aliens as well and draw up congressional districts that benefit liberal....we are losing our country. This org reminds me of 3rd world politics.

  4. Anita Moncrief is playing you guys for fools. If any of this were true, you'd have more than this lone lady who realized there's a gravy train in demonizing the organization she was fired from.

An ACORN vote registration gatherer can fill out as many applications for Daffy Duck and Mickey Mouse as he wants. All he's doing is robbing ACORN itself (who pay by the signature and who have to notify the authorities about the bogus registrations.) Unless Daffy Duck actually shows up with ID, that phony registration is useless.

Let's be clear about this: a community activist group (think what you want about their politics -- you're free to,) is being demonized because community organizing helped drive a massive volunteer turnout for the Obama campaign, because their own actions are a thorn in the side of wealthy developers and business owners in inner cities, and because they provide a convenient scapegoat.

More to the point, if ACORN "stole" an election for Obama (despite the impossibility of voting for a faulty registration cranked out by a hired contractor looking to scam the group itself,) they would have to have scammed the polls as well. How do you propose such a thing happened? Obama held commanding leads in the polls and there were not any strong deviations from election polling results and vote counts.

So either an insidious SPECTRE-like criminal organization rigged elections and covered up results in numerous independent opinion polls for an entire election season, all funded by a shadowy cabal of progressive donors, or the group is what it says it is and you've got a paranoia problem. Occam's Razor says it's the latter.

This stuff is really obnoxious because there's plenty of things worth attacking Obama on, and you're busy screaming your heads off about birth certificates and community organizers and Nazi Commie Atheist Stealth-Muslims. There needs to be a credible voice questioning bank bailouts and lack of accountability, the Obama economic team's ties to the banking industry, and the continuation of Bush's expansion of executive authority. We need people to make a reasoned critique on this stuff. If you'd sit down, think things through, read a book and stop acting like some sky-is-falling Chicken Little or paranoid militia nut, your opposition could mean something.

  5. If the GOP does not at least get the Senate back in 2010 then kiss Democracy goodbye. With the pace the Obama Administration is setting, we could have a Leftist Totalitarian State by the end of 2009. President Obama already has his Ministry of Truth.
