Angelina Jolie an Obama Hating Libertarian?


There have been rumors for some time now that Angelina Jolie and her husband Brad Pitt were closet Libertarians.  It might appear that the rumors are true:

Barack Obama does not have Angelina Jolie's seal of approval.

"She hates him," a source close to the U.N. goodwill ambassador, 34, tells the new issue of Us Weekly (on newsstands now).

"She's into education and rehabilitation and thinks Obama is all about welfare and handouts. She thinks Obama is really a socialist in disguise," adds the source.

Also remember that her dad, John Voight, is a big Obama hater as well. It is about time that the people in Hollywood who have been hiding for fear of their career's come out and speak.

  12. She's got a father who has some sense, I'm sure she's talked to him her whole life about logic and rationality so it would therefore make sense if she were a libertarian. Not to say that she couldn't have gotten there on her own, just saying the environment would've certainly helped as well.

  13. For those who know world politics, the whole "change" ordeal is the same campaign all the South American Socialist Presidents have dictated in order to win their positions. Why do you think that starting with Cuba, Venezuela, Ecuador, etc. all supported and still support his ideals? The answer is simple its because ITS THE SAME ONES! I am the first to state my family are exiles of Cuba and I refuse to see this nation lowered to their levels because of their political games. I am to say it is needed to wake up this nation and start weeding out our politicians who are only out for their political positions and NOT of their constituents.

  15. Agreed. How anyone could deny that BHO is anything less than a socialist at this point is beyond me. I'd say Marxist fits the bill far more accurately given his policies, appointments, speeches, associations, and the memoirs he has had written.

    against Obummer and the way our country is
    being taken over by socialists. I would tend
    to think that AJ is following in her fathers
    footsteps....

    Jon has also been on the Glenn Beck show talking about not paying taxes and getting rid of govt

  19. That is encouraging they would even admit dislike for an Obama policy, but they must not forget he ran on two things he has adhered to, in spite of breaking all his other promises. He ran on change. Change to what? He said community interests are more important than are individual interests, and that amounts to the Old World tradition of a few elite ruling the many as a herd should be ruled. When she renounces her position with the global government (the UN) and rejects UN communitarin redevelopment in her new "home" of New Orleans, then maybe we can forgive her for sounding like an internationalist Libertarian playing the dialectical card of prescribed opposition to Obama. She's an actor on the global stage, she'll "change" her persona whenever the writers decide we need a new story line to follow.

    In fact, we are commanded to Love - AGAPE. Apparently, we a human being don't have to like anyone, but we are commanded by the Creator of all human beings to love each other.

  24. Brad Pitt is a huge Obama fan and Angelina herself has claimed to be an Independent. So because a "source" says what you want to hear, it is the truth now?

    And here is something I don't quite understand... history proves that when you live under the laws of an evil, Hitler, Communist, badass, blah blah blah, you don't generally get the chance to parade in the streets with signs saying "Said Leader is Hitler! Communist! Evil Bastard!" and yet people like you in the comments are saying these things with no one coming to take you off to a gas chamber or shoot you in the head in some alley in front of those like you. You are allowed to say these things in a free society and as loud as you want. So by being allowed to protest, you in fact prove that Obama isn't a Hitler, Communist, Czar, Evil Joker.
