Buy a $15,000 Health Policy or Go to Jail

With the Congress on the verge of voting on Socialized medicine, it is worth noting once again that under this plan you will be forced into buying a health insurance policy or face big consequences.

What are those consequences you say? Well, here is an example:

Today, Ranking Member of the House Ways and Means Committee Dave Camp (R-MI) released a letter from the non-partisan Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) confirming that the failure to comply with the individual mandate to buy health insurance contained in the Pelosi health care bill (H.R. 3962, as amended) could land people in jail.  The JCT letter  makes clear that Americans who do not maintain “acceptable health insurance coverage” and who choose not to pay the bill’s new individual mandate tax (generally 2.5% of income), are subject to numerous civil and criminal penalties, including criminal fines of up to $250,000 and imprisonment of up to five years.

Let me rephrase that for you all if you missed the bigger picture. If you fail to provide health insurance for you, an individual, you will be suject to $250,000 in fines and put in jail for up to 5 years.

This is America? The words land of the free are just a slogan now, we are no longer free. Our government has become so tyrannical it is sickening.

The more corrupt the state, the more it legislates
-Tacitus

Our liberties as individuals have been trashed for the sole purpose of having super control over the people. This is now a police state, and once this health bill passes, we will be far in the mix of a police state.

We are losing our freedoms and it is time for people to start standing up and sparking a R3VOLUTION of ideas! The time has come for true patriots to reclaim our god given rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Resist!!!

By resisting, we are fined an exorbitant amount of
money which we can't pay. Then, we go to prison for 5 years. Who will protect me by paying my
health insurance, and who will get me out of prison if I resist? It's a vicious circle w/o a
solution. Either way we suffer. Pay the health
insurance and don't eat, get sick, and die.Or, go to prison for 5 years and possibly live. Who knows what you want us to do. I'm not confused, just wary of what my best of 2 evils I should
    choose.
